3012F Future Things: A Lesson of Hope
Future Things is a one-chapter Bible Lesson about the second coming of Christ based on Paul’s letters to the Thessalonians. The message of the lesson is that, because Jesus has promised to return, Christians should live their lives in a way that anticipates His coming by standing firm in faith and walking in a manner worthy of God. This lesson is a part of our new FOUNDATIONS series.
Content Note: Our goal in writing this lesson was to offer a high-level view of Christ’s second coming that would be useful for teachers from varying positions on End Times theology. While the lesson emphasizes the literal return of Christ, you will not find teaching on events like the Rapture or specific timelines. If you’re looking for something more in-depth, check out our four volumes (16 lessons) on the book of Revelation: NT 42, NT 43, NT 44, NT 45

Future Things is the second lesson in our Foundations series, a collection of lessons each focused on a foundational truth of the Gospel.
